Last updated: 6 April 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing or using TrustLocker.co.uk you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Service description
TrustLocker provides a secure digital delivery workflow that allows a registered user to upload files, assign a recipient, set a future release time, and manage transfer records through an authenticated account.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for activity carried out under your account credentials.
4. User responsibilities
- You must ensure that recipient details and release instructions are correct.
- You must maintain your own backups of important files.
- You remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content you upload.
5. Prohibited use
You must not use TrustLocker for unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or malicious purposes, including uploading malware, unlawful surveillance material, or files that violate privacy or intellectual property rights.
6. Fees
If paid features are introduced, any fees will be disclosed before completion. Demo-mode pricing controls shown within the interface do not create any entitlement unless explicitly activated as part of a live commercial service.
7. Availability
We aim to maintain the service, but we do not guarantee continuous or error-free availability. We may suspend, withdraw, or update features where necessary for security, maintenance, or legal reasons.
8. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your uploaded content. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, copy, store, and transmit content solely as needed to operate the service.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustLocker is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by incorrect recipient information, service interruptions, third-party infrastructure failures, or loss arising from content you upload or release. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where misuse or risk is identified, or where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
